90's Florals

The revival of 90's florals is the foundation of the 90's fashion revival! Rompers, skirts, jeans, blouses, hats, and most of all dresses are what the 90's fashion revival is built upon. I have to say that I love the florals and I love any item that they come in!

Sister Sister

This was my favorite TV show from first season in 1993 to the last season in 1999. I wanted to have the life of Tia and Tamera; they were cute, stylish, and had the most amazing sense of humor! I met them at the kids expo '95 and thought I was the coolest kid on earth for the next year (Tamera even gave me a hug). To this day I still get a good laugh when stinky steve comes onto the screen, or Tamera brings out her slapstick jokes.

Mazzy Star

"Fade Into You" is one of the anthems of the 90's. Hope Sandoval from Mazzy Star had one of the sweetest and tweetiest voices ever! After 3 albums Mazzy Star has been on a hiatus since 1997.

1995 in film: Mallrats

If I hadnt already had an entry about Clueless, Cher, Dionne, and Tai (RIP Brittany Murphy) they would no doubt be the movie of 1995. However, no can question the greatness of Mallrats! I mean if you think about it plainly the idea of a movie that just chronicles a few friends day at the mall sound so boring, but for some magical reason this film makes it work and then some. Who doesnt loose their shit as silent bob goes crashing through store walls and when Mr. Svenning vomiting after eating chocolates from the poopie hand of Brodie. Great movie, and Shannen is a hottie too!

No one forgot....

How hot Liv Tyler was and is, everyone knows that Liv is a hottie. However, before her father put her in his "Crazy" video in 1993 she was kinda just a famous rock stars daughter. But after that crazy music video she became a certified hot girl, and her subsequent roles in the films Empire Records and Stealing Beauty only made her hotter! Love Liv

Blossom

So Blossom ran from 1991-1995 and to be honest I barely remember the actual show, but I do remember that I loved Blossom to death. I thought that Blossom was the coolest girl around and Six was even cooler. And no one can deny the fact that her brother Joey (Joey Lawrence) was a hottie!

1994 in film: Reality Bites

This is one of my top 5 favorite romantic movies ever! Ethan is amazing and Winona is amazing as always! In a strange way I feel like this film is what my life is going to look like within the next year or so. I love the fashion, I love the dry humor, and more than anything I love danelle the psychic friend! Everyone needs to watch this movie especially if you grew up in the 90's!
